Acoustic doors from model TC1 have been designed to offer high soundproofing levels.
The level of insulation and the quality offered are focussed on satisfying all acoustic requirements for projects in nightclubs, recording studios, radio or TV sets, dubbing rooms and machinery rooms.
Its reinforced structure makes it especially suitable for large public congregation locations where they maintain their acoustic properties even under conditions of intensive use.
They can be installed both indoors and outdoors.
Composition
Main frame built with a steel profile with a thickness of 4mm and a galvanised steel plate of 1.5mm, which form the sheet structure together with internal lengthwise reinforcements.
Independent internal and external bodies. They are acoustically separated by perimeter profiles made of neoprene.
The internal composition is made of four layers containing different materials with insulating and absorbing properties.
Perimeter frame made of hot-formed steel of 110*50mm and stuffed with high density dampening materials.
Sheet and frame fitting made with a double sealing frame of high density neoprene. It includes internal air chambers in order to allow the compression of the material.
Steel hinges equipped with a central alloy bearing, welded and polished.
Lock made of chrome duraluminium with a pressure-regulated cam, with a working point in the centre of the sheet.
External finishing with antioxidant treatment.
